The 2^nd Experimental Junior High School of Thessaloniki is looking forward to hosting 33 guests for the 2^nd “Short-term exchange of groups of pupils”of the Erasmus+ project “youth@home-in.europe”.

Between the 16^th April 2018 and the 20^th April 2018, twenty-two students and eleven teachers from the following schools will visit our school:

• Städtische Realschule Broich, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany
• Istituto di Istruzione Superiore “P. Carcano” Como, Italy
• Hitra Videregående Skole, Fillan, Hitra, Norway
• Escola Básica e Secundária da Madalena, Madalena do Pico, Portugal
• Osnovna Sola Antona Ingolica Spodnja Polskava Pragersko, Slovenia
• Lycée Jean Aicard, Hyères, France

During their visit, our guests will be taken on a tour around the sights of Thessaloniki, will learn more about Alexander the Great at the Vergina Museum, will have lunch at the beach of Pieria, will participate in a round table discussion and two workshops on the refugee crisis and life skills, practice dancing to Greek traditional music and, above all, enjoy their time with their host families. At the end of the visit, teams of students from different countries will present their projects and suggestions related to the refugee crisis during the closing event of the visit.
